Construction of a new luxury residential complex
Building owner: OOO Skanklin Invest
Moscow is Europe's largest city. Over 12 million people are crowded into the Russian capital and the city continues to grow dynamically – although Moscow is now one of the world's most expensive cities. The new residential complex at Granatny 6 in central Moscow is a good example of the city's high-end living space.
Seen from afar, Granatny 6 appears rather simple: the building complex is made up of three cubic buildings of different sizes. However, as you approach the external façade, you are immediately struck by the lavish decorations elaborately worked into the sandstone façade. This style, reminiscent of Moorish ornamentation, continues inside – once again here the walls are spectacularly decorated from floor to ceiling. It is no wonder that the architect did not wish to disrupt this interior design radiators, which is why Kampmann trench heating was installed.
Katherm NK is a compact, high-output natural convection trench heater. The standard lengths of trench heater are available at short notice – the system can also be individually customised. Several Katherm NK are installed in a curved run at Granatny 6.
Like all Kampmann trench heaters, Katherm NK can naturally be integrated into the building management system. At the same time, the heaters can also be controlled individually by a KaController.
